Health Guarantee

Following international health standards, you are advised that within 10 days of receiving your calf or calves, we require you to take the calf or calves to a licensed veterinarian for a checkup.

If the VET finds out within the first 10 days of purchasing the calf or calves that it is sick of an illness that has been contracted before the date of delivery, you should contact us immediately.

Health, Safety, and Guarantee for Our Mini Highland Calves

Our Mini Highland calves are 100% safe, secure, and guaranteed to be in excellent health at the time of shipping. Each calf is free from infection or any signs of illness. We take pride in knowing that our relationship with you doesn’t end once your calf goes home—it’s just the beginning.

While we ensure the highest standards of care, a calf’s health can also be influenced by factors beyond our control, such as genetics, exercise, nutrition, and daily care.

Health Guarantee

In the unlikely event that your calf passes away within one year of purchase, or is diagnosed with a health disorder within one year that significantly affects its well-being, we will replace it with another calf of equivalent value at no cost to you.

To process a replacement, we require:

  • A certified veterinary report from a licensed veterinarian confirming the cause of death or the health disorder.

  • Submission of the report via email for our records.

Health Guidelines for You

We are committed to helping your calf thrive and will provide guidance to ensure its ongoing health. To support this, please:

  • Have your calf examined by a licensed veterinarian within 10 business days of receiving it.

  • Send us a copy of the veterinary health report.

Your calf will arrive with age-appropriate vaccinations, so no additional vaccinations are necessary at the time of delivery.

Exceptions to the Guarantee

  • Failure to provide regular veterinary care or proper daily management may void this health guarantee.

Pre-Shipment Veterinary Check

Before any calf is shipped, it undergoes a thorough examination by a licensed veterinarian. The Veterinary Health Report certifies the calf’s condition across all major systems, including:

  • Cardiovascular

  • Skin, Eyes, Mouth, Teeth, and Gums

  • Musculoskeletal

  • Respiratory

  • Ears

  • Urogenital

  • Gastrointestinal

The report is issued on the date of shipping, confirming that the calf is healthy and fit for delivery. Any calf with serious health concerns will not be shipped.

We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring your calf receives prompt post-arrival veterinary care. Nothing makes us happier than seeing one of our calves bring joy and companionship to your home.
